Who Are We?

  The Ebony Effort was founded by four young women who were exposed to the harsh reality that is the silent femicide of black women in our healthcare field. As a response to the inequalities faced by black women globally and locally; The Ebony Effort was officially founded in March of 2024. Our Founders are : Jazmyn Stewart, Allana Holiday, Imani Johnson, and Brooklyn Newsome.
